WOW EXERCISE

dear diary,
I went to the gym and lifted and ran. It was a lovely day. First day back in about two weeks. I ran/walked 3 miles in about about??? 29mins treadmill time....suprised I did that considering my unhealthy habits, but I did only smoke 1 cig today...I don't trust these treadmills. It shut off halfway through the run so I had to kinda guess. I'm sure my #1 fan becky will be proud, even though shes running 7:10s...WOOF. I might as well record my lifting since i'm typing...curled 30/40lbs.3 sets.15 reps...curled ez bar 45 lbs.3sets.12reps....curled rope 80lbs/3sets/12reps.....100 sits up....36 crunches on machine at 130lbs......ez bar pull down 120lbs/3sets/12 reps....rope ovheard rope 90lbs/3sets/12reps....rope pull down 80lbs/3sets/12 reps...this is really long i need to start abbreving everything....when i go to phoenix lets hope I at least get some time to run in the desert and maybe run into a cactus

am i really going to do this?

thank you peer pressure and a need to blog my past information. no run for about a week and 1/2...tattoos and booze have prevented me from such strenuous activities. Last run was 3miles/26mins. YIKES I NEED TO SPEED UP or stop running on a treadmill which seems to make my running slower or me just lazies or another or. Anyway this is probably just gonna turn into another 12 year old diary because I will probably not have any runs to blog. this is not nearly as good as shaqs twitter
